Returns & Refunds policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• The item must be in the same condition in which it was received.
• Proof of purchase is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Opened or used soaps
• Facial soaps
• Skincare products
• Opened fragrance products
• Customized or personalized items
• Gift cards

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number, photos of the item, the shipping box, and the packaging. Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Once an eligible returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
